TruCraft Custom Builders is not a large builder that builds 200-300 houses a year.  You are not just another number to us.

The Owner, a licensed Builder, will build your home from beginning to end.  You will not have 5 or 6 different Superintendents throughout the course of construction.

When you build with US, you will deal directly with the Owners who are licensed Real Estate Professionals and a licensed Builder.  You will not get the runaround.

We utilize an Attorney to manage your construction deposit so you can be sure that your money is safe.

TruCraft Custom Builders requires all of our Subcontractors to be properly licensed and insured with General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

We require lien releases from all of our Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors to protect your project against surprise encumbrances.

TruCraft Custom Builders is motivated to build your home as efficiently as possible.  We don’t earn a living if construction is not progressing.
